Refund / Exchange Policy
At Eduse Marketing Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide quality products and transparent services. This Refund / Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns or exchanges may be processed.
Eligibility for Refund / Exchange
Any Direct Seller (DS) or customer who wishes to request a refund or exchange must inform the company in writing within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product(s).
Requests submitted after the completion of the above-mentioned period may not be considered.

Refund Conditions
Unopened Products
If the order is cancelled before shipment or the delivered package is returned unopened within 15 days from the date of delivery, the company may process a refund of up to 100% of the invoice value.
Opened Package Returns
If the package has been opened, the returned products will be inspected by the company before approval of refund or exchange.
Refund eligibility in such cases shall be determined as follows:
If the products are unused and undamaged but the outer packaging is opened or damaged, up to 75% refund of the invoice value may be processed.
If any product or item is missing from the returned package, the invoice value of the missing items shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
If any returned product is found used, damaged or non-saleable, the restoration or replacement cost may be deducted from the refundable amount.
The company may conduct photography or videography during inspection for internal record purposes.
Product Exchange
Any customer or Direct Seller may request exchange of eligible saleable products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Saleable Products
Saleable products mean products that are unused, undamaged, in marketable condition, not expired, not discontinued and not purchased under special promotional clearance offers.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds shall be initiated only after the returned products are physically received and verified by the company.
Approved refunds may be processed within 30 working days from the date of receipt of returned products.
Refunds shall be made through the original payment method, bank transfer, NEFT, IMPS, UPI or payment gateway reversal wherever applicable.
Shipping & Return Responsibility
If the order has already been delivered and the customer wishes to return or exchange the product, return shipping responsibility may depend on the nature of the request and product condition.
In certain situations, customers or Direct Sellers may be required to send the products back to the company at their own shipping cost.
Compliance with Direct Selling Rules
This Refund / Exchange Policy is framed in accordance with applicable business practices and the provisions of the Direct Selling Rules, 2021, wherever applicable.
