Direct Seller Obligations and Compliance Policy

This Direct Seller Obligations and Compliance Policy forms an integral part of the business guidelines of Eduse Marketing Private Limited. Every Direct Seller associated with the Company is required to comply with the provisions of this Policy, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and all other applicable laws and regulations.

Obligations of Direct Sellers

Every Direct Seller shall conduct business honestly, ethically, and professionally while representing Eduse Marketing Private Limited.

The Direct Seller shall not compel, induce, influence, or mislead any individual through false statements, exaggerated claims, deceptive promises, or misrepresentation for the purpose of purchasing products or joining the business opportunity offered by the Company.

The Direct Seller shall make reasonable efforts to promote and market the products and services offered by the Company in a lawful and ethical manner.

The Direct Seller shall support promotional and business development activities organized by the Company and shall use official marketing materials responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

The Direct Seller shall provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding products, services, pricing, payment terms, refund policies, exchange policies, and other relevant business information to prospective customers and Direct Sellers.

The Direct Seller shall comply with all provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and any other applicable laws, regulations, notifications, or governmental directives issued from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to request information, documents, declarations, or verification details from any Direct Seller. Failure to provide such information within a reasonable period may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of business privileges, subject to the Company's policies and applicable laws.

In the event of death, incapacity, or loss of contractual capacity of a Direct Seller, the Company may permit a legally eligible nominee or legal heir to continue the business, subject to submission of required documents and compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.

The Direct Seller shall be solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, registrations, or licenses required for independently organized meetings, seminars, events, or promotional activities conducted by the Direct Seller.

The Direct Seller shall not advertise, promote, market, list, discuss, or sell the Company's products, services, trademarks, business opportunity, or brand assets on any website, online marketplace, mobile application, social media platform, or digital medium without prior written authorization from the Company.

At the beginning of any sales presentation, meeting, or solicitation, the Direct Seller shall clearly disclose their identity, their association with Eduse Marketing Private Limited, the purpose of the interaction, and the nature of the products or services being offered.

The Direct Seller shall provide prospective customers with complete and accurate information relating to products, services, pricing, payment methods, refund and exchange policies, warranties, guarantees, customer support, and after-sales services before completing any sale.

The Direct Seller shall provide customers, wherever applicable, with information regarding the Company, the Direct Seller's contact details, product descriptions, pricing details, order information, consumer rights, and the grievance redressal mechanism established by the Company.

The Direct Seller shall obtain and maintain all registrations, licenses, tax registrations, and approvals required under applicable laws for carrying out business activities.

The Direct Seller shall ensure that products delivered to customers accurately match the description, specifications, and representations made during the sales process.

The Direct Seller shall take appropriate measures to safeguard customer information and personal data and shall comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Prohibited Conduct

The Direct Seller shall not approach any customer without proper identification and shall not engage in any sales activity through unauthorized or misleading means.

The Direct Seller shall not distribute, publish, or use promotional materials, advertisements, presentations, or marketing content that have not been approved by the Company.

The Direct Seller shall not make any false, misleading, deceptive, exaggerated, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims regarding products, services, earnings, income potential, rewards, incentives, or business opportunities.

The Direct Seller shall not misrepresent any product or service or omit material information that may influence a consumer's purchasing decision.

The Direct Seller shall not engage in fraud, coercion, harassment, intimidation, unfair trade practices, unlawful conduct, or any activity that may mislead consumers or prospective Direct Sellers.

The Direct Seller shall not use any unlawful, coercive, or unethical methods to promote products, recruit participants, or expand business activities.

The Direct Seller shall not charge any entry fee, membership fee, subscription fee, recruitment fee, or any unauthorized payment from prospects for participation in the Company's direct selling business, except as specifically permitted under applicable Company policies and applicable law.

The Direct Seller shall comply with all tax obligations and legal requirements applicable to their business activities.

The Direct Seller shall not induce consumers to purchase products or services based on promises that the purchase price can be recovered solely through referrals, recruitment, or future enrollments.

The Direct Seller shall not promote, participate in, operate, support, or encourage any pyramid scheme, money circulation scheme, chain referral scheme, or any arrangement prohibited under applicable laws.

Compliance and Enforcement

Any violation of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, withholding of incentives, termination of Direct Seller status, or any other action deemed appropriate by Eduse Marketing Private Limited in accordance with applicable laws.

Eduse Marketing Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and business requirements.
